Top uP / Recharge of Prepaid Mobile

I charged my prepaid cell card with my citibank bank. Option of the amount was provided on the citibank portal and as this was the first time i selected Rs. 99 for which i got Rs. 10 only.

I called Airtel callcenter... girl who spoke to me was unable to help me and transferred the call to supervisor... who even before speaking disconnected the call.
