Dear Sir

I want to draw your kind attention towards the billing system. As per my view the company is not sending the bill to me in time just to charge delayed fees on the bill and making more money. Every month i got the bill late after the payment date is over.

the company send only a sms to me, How can a person pay the bill without checking his statement.

The company sends the bill after due date and every month i should have to pay 100 rs extra to the company.

The callers of the company are trained to make continuous calls to the subcriber but no caller is trained to write my grieviences and send the bill in time.

Kindly look into the matter.
