Balance deduction, Missbehave and rong information

Sir,

I have airtel mobile connection with no.9818980342. On 7 oct with balance of Rs.37 i activate Rs.18 internet plane, after confirmation massage (Like-Now you can access net & you have 200Mb) i start suffering through my laptop after few min. my account balance goes to Rs.0.17. But Airtel costumer care says in reply you use airtellive setting to suffering but airtellive not provide any service for browsing with computer.

so, i request to refund balance or take any action about this complain
