Technical team not responding to our line activation request for more than 10 days

Dear Concern,

There has been a pertinent delay and no feedback and response from the airtel technical team for activation of our lines, (telephone landline and internet) when we shifted our office within the same locality. Everytime I call up the customer care I get new request numbers I have the entire record in my cell phn, I also spoke to the Manager, Keyur Purohit on Saturday 4th septembr, he committed it for 4th and asked me for the deadline of 6th September 12 noon, but evrytime it got extended from 12noon to 2pm then 4pm, atlast nothing materialised till today, Tuesday the 7th of September.

I am incurring daily loss of 15, 000 to 20, 000, who will compensate my loss, Airtel will??? An immediate action is requested for by the concerned department.
