Not installing broad band

I have paid 4495 for the charges of internate on 4/10 and my cheque is cleared on 15/10 my air tel form no is 250541 there sales executive said it will install in 3 days so far on 20/10 i have not getting internate connection and i already told either give my money back or intall me but they are not replying me i have booked in the name of anta p jain pls help me out from this problem
