Broadband connection dead

My broadband connection is dead since 11/11. Ihave complained them twice on 12/11 & 13/11 vide complaiont no. 39746656. Every time they close the complaint by false comments like, connection already working, internal wiring defective without even visiting the premises. I am now fedup as how to get my connection restored. They dont take action even after talking to their supervisor.
