Incorrect Bill and harassment

We have been Airtel customer for a fairly long time and have several Mobile/ Broadband connection with Airtel. Our Broadband account number is 14773397 with a plan for 8 GB download limit. Month on month our bill is always for the minimum amount since our download is restricted. However, during 23rd - 25th October, the bill shows a download worth Rs. 7500, apart from these dates throughout the month the download KB is normal. Total download during the month as per bill is Rs. 13977. We have contacted Airtel several times (complaint no. 39859204) for details pertaining to the download, since we use parental control in all the laptops in the office. Instead of clearing our complaint, they have closed the matter at their end without our approval and refuse to speak to us till we clear the payment. After all this, we have still tried to get in touch with several people at Airtel, incl the nodal officer - Deepti Arora and appellate authority - Vinay Bhushan. However our efforts have been futile. We have finally faxed an account closure letter on 20th December and also sent a hard copy of the letter to the Airtel office in Jaipur. After which, there have been attempts from airtel for collection. However, every week a different person calls us for payment and we have to repeat the entire story again and again. When we have already discussed this and asked the officials to meet us, why are they harassing us with random people calling us again and again to discuss the matter. We have already spent a lot of time on this matter and now refuse to talk to random people.
