I am using your broadband number 0172-4025506 but i am not getting ur bill till September, I have also logged a complaint against but no action taken against it. Finally then i call u on ur customer care to disconnect the connection. But Then i received a call from ur agent name jyoti and number is 01724675630, she told me not to pay full payment pay only 1000 rs your number will be disconnected and finally i am agreed to pay rs 1000 but then she told pay 1500 rs u number will be reactivated. I make the payment of rs 1500 on 27/12, but till now my number is not activated. I have also visit ur office in IT park but no action has been taken They only giving me excuses.

I hv also mailed to customer care and the nodal office of punjab.

Plz take some necessary action.
