I opted for Airtel Broadband Internet services for my home in Dec. I wanted to upgrade my plan by taking Wi-Fi services also in Jan. I called Airtel person who initially installed Broadband at my home and paid him Rs. 1500 for getting Wi-Fi. He promised to get back to us next day to get the same activated. Its 6 days now and the person has not reverted despite our daily calls to him.
