Illegal balance reduction

Yesterday, i used my mobile internet pack for about 10 minutes, and in due course i found my balance getting reduced from Rs 20.48 to 0.08... i thought maybe for sum reasons it wud hav happened

being a frequent user, i decided to go for rs 98 pack, and sidewise got myself a recharge of rs 30.00 but to my surprise my balance got down to rs 0.26 for just opeaning a site..

i am really pissed off and really disappointed with airtrl services, neither they provide better services nor any one from customer care replies...

i am really looking forward to put up a serious complain...

and i request you to please look on to this issue with serious concern...

hope u wil take best measures... and help me getting out of dis loathsome...
