I had applied for disconnection of landline/broadband around 3 months back at Airtel customer relationship center. I was told to pay outstanding amount which I paid on 27th Nov and was assured that cancellation will happen within 5 days. After two months a bill was sent to me with an outstanding amount of 900 odd Rs (non usage). All this time I have spoken to customer care 3-4 times (Few of complaint no;#-42108310, 42674932) and got umpteen number of calls from their representative and despite repetedly telling them I want to cancel/surrender connection nothing has been done and now I am getting repited reminders to pay the non usage bill.
There is just no process followed in AIRTEL. They don't give any confirmation that your connection is terminated. I have written to their nodal office and appellate tribunal but nothing has happened.
