Poor net service

Hi. i have been really disappointed by airtel net services.they give this package of 98 rps for 2gb download valid for a month but every two minutes it gets disconnected.its really awful.never expected this kind of service from airtel and yeah when ever i try to talk to customer care representatives the call gets disconnected.what is this man it looks like representatives are more busy than the customers..really really disappointing...
