Connectivity problem from last 3 months

Sir,

i am an user of airtel broadband connection from more than 6 months.from last 3 months i am facing some problem in my broadband connection.whenever i complain about problem, they say that the problem has been resolved but till now i have not got any proper resolution of my complain.i am very much frustrated from my service provider.

last date of resolving the complain was 13th of march but it has not been resolved...

so i request you to do something after it..
