Deduction of balance

I have complaint against Airtel for my illegally deducting of Rs 50 from my balance

I have recharged my mobile with Rs 98 internet pack on 22 of march.

For a Rs 98 internet pack they provide 2 GB data download and surfing free, but on this monday they deducted my Rs 50 for downloading for 694 MB, which i have never done.

My all calls are blocked to customer care and complaint no .198 of Airtel..

i m just feed up there service...

So hope my problem will be resolved as soon as possible
