Invalid subscription activated on my prepaid connection

My No. 78935152 have been subscribed for on line down loading of bloomburg games though I have never applied for the said subsciption. I receive massage (two massages per day @ Rs 3-/- per massage since last three months. The issue has not been sorted out despite my repeated request through e mail at airtel, phone at customer care and personal visit to the airtel counter at Karkhana, secunderabad. Official at centre promised to sort but it could not be. Now the situation is this that whether I should go to consumer court or I should quit the airtel because I have lost about 500-/- against this illegal subscription. I was not awair that airtel is making money out of these fake businesses. This may be attended with immediate response
