Dear sir,

This is to inform you that AIRTEL has become ONE of the WORST mobile services. I activated the internet pack of Rs.17-200MB for 3days validity, at that time i had Rs.110.52 in my balance, then i started browsing my email and downloaded my photo of 6.45MB size, which was not fully downloaded. It suddennly stopped then i checked out my balance it is showing Rs.0.52. I called up the customer service immediately and highlight the problem, but of no use in complaining to them. They play lot of game with customer and does not respond properly. Right now i have 3 compliant nos. but still the problem was not solved.

Even though my internet service is not activated, i did the calculation of charges, that is AIRTEL is charging Rs.0.20 for 30KB to be downloaded, when calculated for 6.45MB it comes around Rs.45 only. Now when i tried to call the customer services my no. is being blocked by AIRTEL and im not in a position to speak to the service providers.
