Modem not working

Hi

my name is siddharth and i am using the airtel number 011-47019678 from a very long time and had never faced any problem with my internet when i was using a wired internet connection but i am facing lot of issues with my internet connection from the day i have installed a wireless modem to the computer and there is nobody who listens to the complaints when we call the customer care.they just start ignoring the problem... i am loosing my pateince please provide me the solution asap bcoz i am facing lot of problems running my business or else i have to change my isp.i hope to get a reply soon., my number is 9811628578
