Plan changed

My plan was changed without my permission and after doing so many followups

with Airtel I still do not land anywhere.

Tried dropping an email to the Nodal Officer of NCR, and the response I got was unacceptable.

I am really upset with the service i received in regards of my land line :0129-4109690.

Some one by the name of "HEMANT" dropped mail to change plan against my number - and Airtel - Willingly did the same. Then they give me a call stating that the plan has been changed. When I told the guy that I never requested for the same - he said "I am not asking - I am informing" and in case I had any issues, I could call Customer Service.

I have been tracking customer service since then, but no result.

Its been 5 Years now, since i am using Airtel's services. My mobile phones, DTH and Land line are all Airtel. If this doesn't sort out, I am going to disconnect them all and change the service providers. Also, I shall get better plans to all my friends and get them migrated over to other service providers. I have already told this story to some of my friends who wanted to take airtel's service and am going to do so in the near future as well.

Here is the Nodal Officer's mail. I thin they didn't even go through the mail properly - Leave inquiring about the situation :

Dear Ms. Sharma,

Thank you for writing to airtel and the opportunity to assist you.

This is in reference to your e-mail dated 27/04 to our Nodal office regarding plan migration confirmation for your airtel fixed landline number 01294109690 .

We regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard and the delay in responding to your email.

As per services request number 13152723, your plan has been migrated from DSL Home 649 (256kbps) Retnal Plan Package to 97946 - Airtel - Mirror 899 DSL Combo @ 1p/1.2p /sec UL (1 Mbps/256 Kbps) Plan Package and same has been charged on pro-rata basis.

Further, after telephonic conversation with you on 12/03 and confirmation for the same your plan has been migrated.

Further we would like to inform you that the current outstanding is Rs.1060 towards invoice dated 09/04 .We would request you to make payment against your current billed amount.

We hope that we have been able to assist you suitably. Please do write in for any further assistance.
