Harrassing calls from Airtel

I had raised a compalaint earlier ("Transfer request for Airtel Broadband pending for last 2 months" on indiaconsumerforum.org) regarding transfer of my Airtel Broadband connection, which is now 6 months old! In response to my complaint, i recvd a call/mail from Airtel confirming that charges billed against my connection during the non-usage period will be reversed (non usage since i moved to new address and requested Airtel connection to be transferred; which did not happen!! Airtel did not transfer my connection /respond to my request for over 4 months despite innumerable reminders! but diligently produced bills and made calls for making bill payments!!!)

This issue is still not resolved despite Airtel's confirmation on the call for reversing charges for the period when my connection was not used since transfer request was pending with Airtel!! I'm being harressed by Airtel executives almost every week fro making the payment. I want this matter to be resolved immediately! I need a written confirmation from Airtel stating that there are "no dues" on me and that the charges billed against my name during the period of Dec to till date (or whenever) are a mistake on Airtel's end since the connection was not used after we moved to new address.
