Airtel broadband speed not as it was said in the plan

I have a internet connection from Airtel since many years by the number 011 - 42384296 by the name of VISHAL VIRMANI but they say that the speed of internet would be 512 kb/s as per plan choosen by me but from many days i have been experiencing 3 to 8 kb/s its purely cheating from service provider i complaint a lot of time they simply say that the speed is ok but as an end customer i am experiencing the same, firstly i decided through this medium, if it is not sorted early and genuinely then i will file a official complaint against the company
