Horrible sales

I requested for a connection on 3rd June and also paid 500 rs installation fees. I have not got a connection till date, even after 10 days. When i call up the sales person Mr Manjunath - 9902090019, he tells me the same story that the connection will be installed today. This has become my daily routine these days to follow up on the salesperson just because i made the mistake of having chosen Airtel. I am so frustrated now that i dont even want the connection. The salesperson however refuses to refund me and sticks to his same story -the connection will be done today. I just want to get out of this mess.
