Harassment for bill patment for disconnection period

Hi sir, I am a happy customer to Air tel broad band services from the past two years. From Jan. their call centre exe. called me and informed that i will receive bills to my email id. But I never got any bill from Jan to my email id. I have been paying my bill for an approximate amount for Jan & Feb., requesting their call centre people to send normal bill but in vain.. They disconne the connection on 25th March on the pretext that i have not paid the bill. I changed my service provider from April. I sent all this information to their appellate authority, requesting them to settle this matter. I paid the bill till March month but now every day their call centre people are harassing mr to pay from April month bills. They sent an email t me that they disconnected the connection in May. I request you to kindly involve in this and resolve the issue, as they are harrassing me for payment for previously disconnected connection.
