It is amazing how Airtel still survives. I lodged a complaint on 14th May and again on 16th May as well as after two weeks on 31st May that my landline cum broadband is not working. Amazing customer services which hitherto unheard of was doing the rouns assuring"Give us one more day", "Give us one more chance", etc, . and I visited their Indira Nagar Office near the Footbridge. Amazing scenes witnessed at the queue of Broadband/Landline with atleast a dozen customers with similar complaints. Each one asking they wanted to see the Manager. The lady at the counter was helpless and to add insult to injury, their Manager-Ms. Barkha comes peeping out every five minutes and whispers to the counter to get rid of the customers as soon as possible with little attempt even to care for the horrible situation faced by Airtel customers. Such is the state of affairs of Airtel and I finally cancelled my landline and went for another subscriber telecom company.
My advice to one and all- "Once upon a time there was Airtel but not any more as it is HellTell"
