RESPECTED SIR,
IT IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I MR. SANDEEP MANGADE THE PROPRIETOR OF CITIZEN TRAVELS HAS TAKEN CONNECTION OF YOUR AIRTEL POSTPAID AS ON 29.11.10 BEARING THE NUMBER” 41312906”. BUT THIS CONNECTION DID NOT START AS THIS CONNECTION DID NOT INSTALL. I HAD TAKEN THIS CONNECTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF MY BUSINESS. BUT WHEN THIS CONNECTION DID NOT INSTALL & START THEN I TALKS WITH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE, THEY RAISE COMPLAIN AGAINST MY QUERY. WHEN THIS PROBLEM DID NOT SOLVE AGAIN I GIVE MAIL IN YOUR MAIL ID. AGAIN THE ISSUE REMAINS SAME.
FINALLY I WENT TO YOUR AIRTEL GALLERY & REQUESTED TO DISCONNECT THIS CONNECTION. IT WENT FINE FOR LAST 6 MONTHS. BUT ON 25.6.11, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM DELHI, WHERE A PERSON IN A VERY URGENCY SAYING THAT 2400RS HAS BEEN DUE IN YOUR ACCOUNT & IF YOU DID NOT PAY IT THEN CASE WILL BE LODGE AGAINST THIS. I TRIED TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT JUST EXPLAIN ME THE DETAILS FOR WHICH I NEED TO PAY BUT THE MAN DID NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING & DROP THE PHONE. SUDDENLY I CALL TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NUMBER 121 & EXPLAINED HIM FULLY REGARDING THIS MATTER. SHE LODGES A COMPLAINT BY SAYING THAT SHE IS TAKING CARE OF THIS. BUT ANYTHING DID NOT HAPPEN .
AGAIN ON 27.6.11 I RECEIVED A CALL “THE PERSON SAID STILL THE PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN CLEARED WHEN I TRIED TO FIND OUT THE DETAILS OF THIS HE DID NOT SAID ANYTHING & SAID “YOU DON’T HAVE MANNERS TO TALK & DROP THE PHONE”. DUE TO THIS MY BUSINESS IS GETTING HAMPER ON DAILY BASIS & I AM NOT GETTING ANY VIEW IN A STRUCTURE MANNER.
MY POINT OF VIEW IS VERY CLEAR “IF THIS CONNECTION HAS NOT BEEN SURRENDERED IN THE STRUCTURE MANNER THEN AS I KNOW THERE IS A WORD OF UNUSED RENTAL WHERE A PERSON RECEIVED BILL WHEN EITHER HE HAS NOT USED CONNECTION. BUT I DID NOT GET TO RECEIVE ANY KIND OF SUCH BILL SINCE 30.11.10 TO 30.6.11.THEN HOW CAN YOUR COMPANY MAY SUDDENLY RAISE A COMPLAIN DEMANDING TO PAY THE AMOUNT WHICH I DID NOT USE. DUE TO ALL OF THIS I GOT LOT OF MENTAL HARASSMENT & MY BUSINESS ALSO GO IN TO VAIN. NOW I AM ASKING YOU THE QUESTION THAT FOR ALL OF THIS THE THINGS OR THE DAMAGES WHICH I HAVE RECEIVED WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF THIS IS YOUR COMPANY OR THAT BLOODY EMPLOYEES, WHO IS WORKING IN BEHALF OF YOUR COMPANY? 8058621689
