I had raised an issue with Airtel broadband four days back (on July 21st) and there has been no resolution till date. I kept on calling the customer care and they said somebody will visit my place to rectify it.
On 23rd they finally sent an engineer (I shall refer him as the 'idiot' from now on, his name is Rakesh). That idiot came down, did nothing in particular, checked my wires and said as their server is down he would get back to me in 4 hours. And (as expected) I never heard from that idiot. When I kept on calling him he happily ignored and/or cut my calls. And when I called customer service again they said that idiot had put his comments that 'he cleared my browser cookies, changed a wire and my internet was working fine'. It was a blatant lie, he did nothing at all. I guess, he had to rush out of my house doing nothing as he had to suck up his boss's arse (the boss, as I guess too, is a scum)
So then followed calls after calls and the brain-dead customer care reps telling me they are raising, escalating, re-raising the issue (what surprises me is that if they were really so sincere in their work, they wouldn't have been doing this bottom feeding customer care job for a swine like company like Airtel)
I called the idiot once again and after receiving my call he kind of sucked up the air and gave me the number of another bigger moron named Vivek. When I called him up he said he would get it checked and get back to me in 20 minutes. That 20 mins never came. He too was busy sucking his boss's arse and more I guess.
And the best part, I wrote to the nodal office (who is a useless dick) and the appallete office (a mofo) with no response at all.
Airtel broadband users, I think we all should plug out the LAN cable from our modems and shove them up the asses of these useless bastards.
