Inefficient broadband services

This is regarding dismal service quality provided by Airtel with respect to their braoadband services. I m sorry to say that airtel despite of being claiming it to be such a big brand in the telecom industry, is not being able to provide services equivalent to a local operator.

On complaining about poor service, their executives instead alleged us of threatening them and beating them up. The discount promised by them is not being given by them now, citing change in policy. Even after repeated requests, they did not disconnect their broadband connection.

Kindly note that if my complaint is not acted upon, I will approach the state commission, local and national newspapers as well as TRAI
