We have been complaining for almost 1 yr. earlier were told that our internal wiring is at default. now they have changed it to external also and we found that our speed has gone form bad to worse. now we do not have either dialtone on phone and speed has come down to 248kbps. when our connection is of 1mbps. pls look into the matter ot we go to consumer forum...
