BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING

Sir,

I am using Airtel broadband from last year, I am facing lots of problem with this. Every month I used to complaint regarding this issue atleast 2 times. More over cost also high. Broad band is not working since June, but we are paying the fee each and every month. I've given complaints to Customer Care 'n' number of times. This month I am sure that I am not going to pay the fee, as I didn't use it.

And Customer care asking 1000 Rs to change the modem, already I paid advance each month I am paying minimum Rs.1000 then why should I've to pay again 1000.

And this connection is on my Sister name, she went to Chrompet Airtel Showroom to disconnect the connection. But they didn't accept and they asked her to go to Saidapet, even they also didn't accept and asked her to go to Guindy, but still they are not accepting the disconnection letter.

Airtel is coming to my doorstep for connection and to collect the fee. But why they are not accepting disconnection letter.

Please do the need ful as I don't want to face any difficulties hereafter. And please ask Airtel to disconnect my connection.
