I ve airtel broadband plan of rs 499.its been more thn 2 yrs.few mnths back i started getting the speed lowered after some downloads.airtel customer care says tht there is a cnditn tht its speed will reduce after u cross some download limit but no such condition was mentiond in d writtn agreemnt whn i took the connction.even they dnt hve a wrttn agreemnt on tht.ths ws jst nt expectd from airtel.
