My phone no 9631029946 Airtel India.

Kindly deactivate MVC which got activated accidentally on 18.08.2011.

On 19.08.11, My husband complained through this Forum and request made for deactivation as the link given to deactivate has not been working. The link seems out of service. Probably, Airtel does not want that we unsubscribe it. Till dat, Rs. 110/= had been charged on account of it. Yesterday on 24.08. Rs.30 deducted from main balance without notice before or after.

We tried to contact Customer Service 12191 which was found not working.

We phoned 121 which connected me to one Operator of Customer Care. The man appeared floundering. He could not help.

Please tell me as to what next I can do in order to unsubscribe the service, if at all it can be said a service.
