Billing for Games

In this month (July- Aug) bill there is a charge of Rs 398 for DSL usage under Games. There are two units mentioned. I have never used Games, then why these charges. Even the details have the time as 0.0.0. There is a problem at Airtel end. I called up customer care and he said that I must have used it. When I asked to talk to a manager he said someone will call me in 2 hrs. But nobody has called me. Also tried raising this complaint thru airtel.in portal by logging in my account. When I submit the complaint the portal throws an error stating - " We are unable to process your request. Please try after sometime. "

My a/c no is 15173211 . Please fix and revert back these charges.
