I got Shifted from my previous address where I was having the broadband services of AIRTEL on 13 June. While shifting I made a request for the disconnection of my broadband service but till date the connection is still active and my landlord at my previous address is receiving the bills one after the other. On 28th July one of the AIRTEL executive also visited my office to whom I paid the Rs. 584/ full & final settlement for my connection and I was promised that the connection would get disconnected on 30th July.

Till date the connection has not been disconnected and my ex-landlord is receiving the bills on regular basis and is not refunding me my security back.
