Extra billing charges

I m dilip batra and my landline number is 0172 4655572. since november i have been charged an extra amount of rs. 49 for parallel line connection inspite of my complaints of no such connection. i have been complaining regarding this since past few months and there is no response from the company side. every time i complain they assure me that the problem has been rectified but it is not so as per i see in my bill. some bills were delayed so that the company get it noticed but even that didn't help. so i request to credit the extra amount charged for both parallel line connection and late fee. secondly i want to deactivate my fixed line and broadband connection from immediate effect.
