Extra Data Uses Charged in bill amount

Hi,

I have taken a airtel broadband connection on 3 Aug and they (Airtel) are genrate bill on 10 aug of Rs. 819 for 7 days i have plan of 649/Month 3 GB. i have hardly used 600-700 Mb in thes 7 days and they are showing more than 3 GB that are totally unfair. I have compained so many times on airtel customer care about my issue of extra charges added but they dont give any proper respose to me. please provide me solution of this problem.
