Dear Sir / Madam,

One year back we got the Airtel Broadband installed in our PC. The no. is 0120-4110282. From last one month our Modem is out of order. We had made several complaints to the customer care but till date nobody bothered to turn up. Everytime we get a new complaint no.. The last complaint no. we got was 2758116. Can't bear it anymore. Kindly suurender the connection at the earliest.
