3G NOT ACT BUT AMT DEDUCTED

AIRTEL 3G - NOT USE: NOT ACTIVATED BUT AMT RS 99 DEDUCT

I am struggling to get to activate 3G signals in my (Mobile No. 9810368436) I have request to activate 3G on 29 Aug but the amount Rs 99/- is less from my balance and i don't get 3G signals. Do you think is this FUNNY? I made many calls to the customer care number... BUT no one is helped me to get activated the 3g connection. Its all about change in system in terms of CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP. Now a days no one bothered to take care customer complaints as like earlier. I can not see any senior people/representatives to handle the calls in their major offices in DELHI NCR. As a customer dont have any option to satisfy with their calls. I have four mobiles using airtel number. I shall wait for 9 SEP 2011 if the problem still exists i shall shift to other service provider
