UNREQUESTED SUBSCRIPTION

I have been forced to subscribe to AD-54321 without my asking for it. And I have been charged Rs.5.00 daily for this service which I never asked for and availed of. I have been contacting Airtel on 121 several times, but the process is so long that I never reached the final stage. So kindly look into it and get this service discontinued from my mobile no.9816919132.
