Activation of outgoing call local/std

My teliphone no. is 02046772625, from this phone broad band is connected. I am getting incoming calls but out going calls (local/std) are not going. A complain made roughly 10 days back vade complain no.3817614 it was told within 24 hrs it will be activated.till date it is not activated. 3--4 days ask to customer care he told take anothe complain no. I refused to take new no. as my old complain is alredy registred. he also told within 24 hrs it will be activated. but nothing has been done. I donot understand what type of customer service they are providing. Get it activated immediately please.
