Slow internet speed

From last 6 months i use airtel internet but in last month price of internet pack goes to 145 (2GB) and 98 (1GB), but i still get slow speed about 6-7 kb/s. which is same as in 98 (2GB) pack.

i want to know that airtel increased price of their internet pack then why not give speed according to price.

speed of airtel is 2-3 kb/s greater then other companies but we pay about double then other.

if we belive in airtel then they should not loose their service...
