Hi, I took Airtel's 2mbps (999) plan which also has an offier on voice calling rental of 300 for calls upto 2000 Rs of across networks, across state.

I made call of 1200 in the month of Aug-Sep and they did not applied the discount they offer in the plan.

As per the scheme I should have been charged Broadband charge (999) 300 as i did not cross the limit of 2000.

They gaveme bil of 999 1200.

After raising lots of complain with the airtel they haev created the ticket but no one is working on that, i have caled several times but no convincing reply from them. once a nodel officer had called and said they will not put any late fee because of the open ticket though in the next month bill they have added the late fee also. I also esclated it to nodal officer and appllet officer still no resolution provided for one month. Mow i have also received the Se-Oct bill and same problem has been repeated.

Finally i have decided to close the connection. Even though they replied that request has been loged for cancellation and some one will call you in 48 hour still no one has called.

If some one from airtel is readign this my act no - 16353891
