rs 198 has been deducted from my account on 2nd nov around noon fpr 3 g

services, i called up customer care on 198 they told me that no plan is

running on my mobile and i have not asked for the service, kindly urgent

activate my 3g monthly plan, as i need it urgently.

note i had not asked for rs 97 plan but the same was activated on my mobile.
