Fake commitment

I had applied for airtel broadband connection.my desired plan was unlimited high speed internet, so the airtel sales man visited us and told to start with alpha 3gb plan (649 rs, 2mbps, 3gb limited) and then after 10 days we will change ur plan to a plan which was 699 rs, 2mbps, unlimited internet. so after 10 days i called him, after several attempts he replied that sir i am suffering from depression and im out of station.so then he suggested me to call to customer careand say that i want to cancel the plan since it is expensive so unaffordable. so i called and came to know that no such plan existed.

customer care registerd my complain and came up with retention plans which were nowhere near by my requirements or committed by their salesman.

i request for some kind of action to be taken...
