Hello sir,

My name is Yogesh Jain and my AiRteL landline Number is 044-43515247 and contact number is 9***253911. Sir few days back I wanted to shift from airtel to Reliance because reliance is giving 1MBPS speed for Rs.999/- unlimited Internet download (NO FAIR USAGE POLICY) and i called the customer care and requested for disconnecting the Line..Then i got a call from AiRteL Redemption department and they suggested me a plan in which i was ready to go wit and i cancelled my request to disconnect the line ... (the plan was Rs.1099/- 1 MBPS speed till 15GB and after 15 GB the speed will reduce to 256Kbps [FUP]).. but after 3 hours again i got a call from AiRteL side saying that the suggested plan was not available. Iam really disappointed wit the concerned department for giving me a faulty information! :(and now am stil in the old plan Rs. 799/-.

My only problem wit airtel is the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of just 256 Kbps which is so less for a broadband connection... i request u ppl to give me atleast 512 Kbps speed after crossing the 10 GB limit... am a 6 year old customer of airtel... thats why i requested u with this issue... AM NOT ASKING ANYTHING BIG FROM U PPL... JUST A LITTLE EXPECTATION FROM AN OLD CUSTOMER... I WUD REALLY APPRECIATE IF U FULFILL MY REQUEST...
