My name is Apurv Tiwari. I am a finance executive by profession and currently staying at Noida Sector 32.I had applied for Internet/Broadband connection about 3 weeks ago, I already submitted Rs 2000 in advance. Airtel people told me that internet connection and all the formalities would be done within one week. But now whenever, I contact them either nobody picks my call or if i try by different number they pick the call and start giving lame excuses that technician is on the way, or it would be done tomorrow. I tried contacting Senior person, he talks very rudely and doesnt feels his duty and responsibility for his customers. Already 3 weeks have been passed, but nothing had been done yet. I am really pissed off by the behaviour, my money is gone and they are not paying any attention towards it, not even they are ready to give my money back.

I cannot expect such kind of ameateur behaviour with the Airtel company and its people.

As a last option I came to consumer forum, may be you can help me in getting my things done!!

Please help!
