I wonder when is Airtel going to mend its ways... I am using 9840283759 (3g) service through this SIM for my IPAD.. Now the issue is not about network.. its about doing the payment for this service.

End of the day i don't have the time for this so i try to pay online.. surprise

1 - using there network through my ipad... and my captcha is not matching.

2 - used my laptop to register. not happening - service is down

3 - used #599* through a cellphone but the service is down - (before that i have given all the details of my card) and at the end its says the service is down.

4 - cant call from 9840283759. its only for 3G

5 - used another prepaid card. and called the airtel guys. he informs me that he cant check a thing since they are doing maintenance check / service down pls call after 8.30

6 - can any one give me a easier way? since the nungambakkam office has only one and the lonely teller to take the payment. its like standing for ration.

Never had an issue with the Vodaphone customer care / payments / online payments.

Is Airtel still living in DARK AGES???

Do notify me when i am super due for payments and harass me through the phone asking for it.
