No response to repeated complaints

Six months my landline has been defective. Airtel seems to lack the expertise to get a simple telephone repaired. SHAMEFUL. Also, airtel broadband gives download speeds of 10 - 15 kbps. Upgrading the connection has also not helped. Am looking for a suitable change. Maybe changing over to MTNL broadband will help
