IN SENSITIVE AND HARD OF HEARING

I am surprised and shocked to know that some one on my behalf asked to disconnect my home landline and were in i am the only one who uses this phone and it seems the customer service is sleeping due to may be over load and goof up and make customers like me in a hastle.
