I applied for a AIRTEL broadband coneection on August which was cancelled finally by their supervisors reasoning of network zone.

They promised of refunding my application fees 500 by a HDFC Bank cheque which was never delivered to me.

I have exact Deails of dates. how many times i call them, complaint numbers, appliacation etc

Can anything be done over the issue?
