I am having this probnlem of frenzo internet services from a long time. today a representative from ur company called up and informed me that services are activated from his end but i am still having the same problem. an error of mismatch of username and password is coming inspite of entering the right password and even changing it in case of wrong memory. on reporting this problem, the representative is asking me to talk to 121 customer care. nw they r telling me to talk to 12118 or 12116 and i am getting no help whatsoever. pls look into this matter and solve the problem or else i have to take stricter action.
