I have been using the airtel service for last five year. As per plan I am paying 550 for phone line and internet. Airtel is charging 50 rs for modem rent every month.

I have registered complain number 417000950. Service engineer came to my house and he told me that modem is faulty and need to replace. When again I contacted to customer care then they told me that faulty modem can not be changed because of some policy change.

Never I have communicated about this policy change. Even if you have changed policy then you need top stop charging 50 rs for modem rent from that date.

if you are charging rent for modem then it's airtel responsible to repair or give me new modem on there cost.
